Do you offer a live arrival guarantee?
Yes, we do offer a live arrival guarantee. In most cases we recommend that you pick up your package at your local FedEx hub for the safety of the animal. For example: Extreme temperatures. Please note: If we recommend you pick your animal up at a FedEx hub and you choose not to it may void the live arrival guarantee.
How do I purchase?
Website: To purchase a bearded dragon on our website just add the dragon of your choice to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process. After you complete the purchase we will be notified and we will send you an email to set up shipping. You will receive an email from us within 24 hours after your purchase. If for any reason you do not receive a message from us after 24 hours please email us: sales@swords-and-dragons.com
Direct Purchase: If you would prefer purchasing directly from us you can email us at sales@swords-and-dragons.com or send us a direct message on Instagram @swords_n_dragons. Send a screenshot of the dragon you would like to purchase and any questions you have.
We accept PayPal* and Zelle.
*When using PayPal we ask that you please send using ‘Friends and Family’. If you do not feel comfortable doing that please add 3.2% of your total purchase price to your payment to pay for PayPal fees.
After I purchase when will you ship?
For the safety of the animals we ship mainly on Tuesdays. Occasionally we will ship on Thursdays. This is weather dependent and excludes holidays, national emergencies, etc.
How does shipping work?
We will contact you the night before or the morning of shipping to confirm that you are ready for your animal to be shipped. We will help you choose which local FedEx hub to pick up your animal from. Generally, your delivery will be available for pickup by 9-10am on delivery day at your chosen FedEx facility. Note: You will need a government issued photo ID to pick up the package.
Home Delivery - If you decide to have your new bearded dragon shipped to your home PLEASE make sure that someone above the age of 18 will be home to receive the delivery. To avoid delivery delays we DO NOT require a signature for your package to be delivered. Please pay attention to the tracking progress and watch for the FedEx delivery truck to make sure your bearded dragon doesn’t sit outside of your home for too long.
